Accessing, browsing or using the Website constitutes acceptance of these terms, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy published on the Website, and confers the status of user. Any person who does not accept these terms must refrain from using the Website.

The distinctive signs associated with Cropenta S.L., including the “Cropenta” name, the logo and any other corporate identity elements, are protected under the applicable regulations on distinctive signs, trademarks and competition. Any unauthorised use of such signs, as well as any action that may cause confusion regarding the business origin of products or services or entail undue exploitation of the owner’s reputation, is expressly prohibited and may give rise to the applicable legal liability.

The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or making available of the Website content without the owner’s written authorisation constitutes an infringement of intellectual and/or industrial property rights and may give rise to the applicable legal liability.

5.1 Published information

Cropenta S.L. makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information published on the Website is accurate, complete and up to date. 6.1 Embedded videos and third-party media
